Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We offer express shipping across Pakistan, with estimated delivery times as follows:

In Karachi: 3 – 5 working days
In Other Cities: 5 – 7 working days

Order Tracking

Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for on time delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays) may cause slight delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make one additional attempt before returning the package to us.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with an unverified contact number (after two confirmation attempts).
Technical errors affecting order processing.
Customers may request order cancellations before processing begins.
